OpenQodex is an open source code review tool that checks every change a coding agent writes before it is pushed to version control. A separate Claude Code or Codex session acts as the reviewer, reading each change alongside the code that calls it and producing a verdict with line-level findings. It also builds a local code graph of the repository without using a model, giving agents and reviewers a map of functions, calls, imports, and inheritance. OpenQodex works with Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, and Cline, requires no account or API key of its own, and collects no telemetry.
