OpenMAIC

OpenMAIC is an open-source, LLM-driven multi-agent interactive classroom platform from Tsinghua University that converts any topic description or uploaded document into a full, multimedia lesson in minutes; it orchestrates multiple AI agents (teachers with distinct styles, teaching assistants, and AI classmates) to deliver narrated slide lectures, interactive quizzes with AI grading, real-time whiteboard drawings, browser-based simulations, and project-based activities. By leveraging LangGraph for agent orchestration and supporting multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.), OpenMAIC personalizes pacing, explanations, and feedback, exports to PPTX or interactive HTML, and integrates with messaging apps—making it ideal for educators, learners, and corporate trainers who want fast, scalable, socially rich AI-powered learning experiences.
