Mervadon is a local-first Chrome extension built around Google NotebookLM that helps researchers capture webpages, selected passages, URLs, and AI conversations for organized research workflows. It deduplicates sources by normalizing URLs and comparing content locally before repeated captures create noise. Workspace records are stored in the browser by default, with no external cloud sync or upload. Users can connect directly to their NotebookLM page, review generated artifacts, and download only what they requested.
