KPI Tree Builder is a self-service analytics platform that lets users upload data and decompose top-level metrics into structured, interactive KPI trees. It allows teams to define relationships between measures visually, compare periods side by side, and trace any change back to its root cause without SQL or engineering support. Users can share live trees instead of static slide decks, making performance drivers visible across the entire organization. An AI layer is also in development that will narrate tree insights, detect trends, and surface prioritized action recommendations in plain language.
