DubbingMate is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that converts YouTube captions into spoken audio in real time, allowing users to hear foreign-language videos instead of reading subtitles. It supports dubbing into five languages—Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish—and automatically adjusts text-to-speech speed to match caption timing. All speech synthesis happens on-device with no data sent to the cloud.
