CC Switch – AI Coding Tool Control Surface is a cross-platform desktop control surface that centralizes and visualizes configuration, provider keys, model routing and failover for multiple AI coding CLIs (Claude, Gemini, Codex, Hermes, etc.), so you can import presets, switch providers from the system tray, and avoid hand-editing JSON/TOML/env files. By running a local API proxy, managing MCP servers and Skills, and tracking sessions/usage, it makes comparing models, recovering from outages, and scaling multi-provider AI development simpler and more reliable for developers and teams.
