It performs natural language product searches against a live catalog, compares items side by side, and adds products directly to the shopper's cart without page redirects. CartPilot also handles order tracking, returns, shipping questions, and discount code application within the same conversation. It is trained on each store's catalog, policies, and uploaded documents, and provides conversation analytics and transcripts to store owners.
