AgentMicro is a free, open-source macOS menu bar companion for OpenAI Codex that displays live task status without requiring you to reopen Codex. It shows thinking, unread results, input requests, errors, and idle states across parallel tasks at a glance. Each task row includes the project name, current-turn duration, and a fast-mode marker so users can prioritize where to return. AgentMicro reads only local session metadata and never uploads prompts, code, responses, or task history to any external service.
